・If multiple applications are made with one ID(Inquiry number) , only the last one is valid.
・Partial refunds are not available. If some of your party can't make it, please get refunded your entire purchase.
・Since the cancellation process will begin after the refund period closes, it may take up to 2 to 3 months for the amount to be refunded since you applied for the refund.
　Please contact your credit card company for details regarding the exact timing of your refund.
・The application completion email will be transmitted.
　Please make sure to confirm your application content in the "Application Status Inquiry" page after application is submitted.
・Applications can be canceled within the application period. To cancel your application, please check the application status. Please note that cancellations cannot be made after the application period has ended.
