【Regarding Upgrade Applications】

For the "ずっと真夜中でいいのに。 LEGACY ZOMBIE LABO「文禍伝雷」奈良・平城京" we will be accepting applications for upgrades to Premium Area (through a lottery system).
If you wish to apply for an upgrade, please read the following information carefully and submit your application.

■ Eligible Applicants
Customers who purchased Standard Area tickets through the "Exclusive Fastest Presale for ZUTOMAYO PREMIUM Members"
*Eligibility is limited to customers who purchased Standard Area tickets during the ZUTOMAYO PREMIUM members-only earliest presale. Customers who purchased tickets during the ZUTOMAYO PREMIUM members-only second presale are not eligible, so please understand in advance.
*Those entering the Premium Area Upgrade will complete member verification together with their companions on the day. Buyers of 2 tickets require at least 1 member, and buyers of 3-4 tickets require at least 2 members. Tickets cannot be distributed separately, and entry is limited to entering at the same time as your companions.

■ Upgrade Details
Premium Area Upgrade: 3,000 yen (tax included) per ticket
*If you win the lottery, you will need to pay the ticket fee and any related service fees.
*Customers who purchase either a Standard Area ticket or an upgrade to the Premium Area will receive an original rubber wristband as a commemorative gift. The wristband design will differ between Day 1 and Day 2. The wristband design will be the same regardless of whether you enter the Standard Area or the Premium Area.

*The application must be made by the person who made the original ticket purchase. Applications from accompanying persons will not be accepted.
*The upgrade application can only be made for the same performance and the same number of tickets as those already purchased. If you have purchased multiple tickets, you cannot upgrade only a portion of them.
If you have purchased tickets for multiple performances and wish to apply for an upgrade for each, you will need to submit a separate application for each performance.
*If you are not selected in the upgrade lottery, you will be provided with the original specified seat tickets.
*Applications cannot be accepted after the application period has ended, and cancellations are not allowed.
*If you are selected, please ensure payment is made within the designated payment period. If you do not pay within the payment period, it will not be possible to make a second payment.

Please check on the lottery result from Application Status Inquiry is here as soon as possible after the result is announced.

For application status inquiry, both ID(Inquiry number) and PASS(phone number) are required.

We will transmit a result notification email as support information at the time and date of the announcement above. However, if you don’t receive the email, please make sure to check on the lottery result in the (Application Status Inquiry) by yourself.

We are not responsible for any delay in delivery/non-delivery of the email due to an internet path failure or a misconfiguration of the mail server or the terminal you use.

Precautions

・Premium Area Upgrade does not permit entry for preschool-age children.

●Notes on Concert Content
・The event will be held rain or shine. It will only be canceled in the event of severe weather.
・This is an all-standing performance.
・The main live performance is scheduled to last approximately 2 hours.To make it easier for guests traveling from distant locations to return home on the same day, we are planning the performance to run no longer than approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes.
・Admission to the live area will be conducted by block and in numerical order according to the ticket reference number.
・Due to the nature of the event, umbrellas are not permitted inside the live area. In the event of rain, guests are encouraged to bring a rain poncho or raincoat.
・The performance may be changed, interrupted, or canceled due to weather conditions or other unavoidable circumstances.
・Restricted exit procedures will be implemented after the performance. Please follow staff instructions when leaving the venue.
・There is no parking available near the venue. Please be sure to use public transportation to get here.

●Important Notes Regarding Tickets
・Preschool-aged children are not permitted in the Standard Area or Premium Area Upgrade.
・If a credit card payment error occurs, you will be disqualified even if you win, so please ensure your card is in good working order in advance.
・Please note that cancellations and refunds will not be accepted.
・Please note that tickets cannot be refunded except in the event of postponement or cancellation of the performance.
・Ticket resale is strictly prohibited.
Listing tickets on auction sites, or engaging in any fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited under any circumstances.
If unauthorized resale is discovered, the reservation may be canceled, or the resold ticket may be deemed invalid and admission will be denied.

・Waiting for performers before or after the event is strictly prohibited.
・We are unable to accept letters, bouquets, gifts, or any other presents for the performers.

・Use of the Designated Accessibility Area (for Guests with Disabilities, Pregnant Guests, etc.)
As space is limited, use of the designated accessibility area is available by advance reservation only.

  4. Confirmation of your application content
    Please check on the inputs again when your application content is displayed. If there is no problem, please click the "Entry" button.

    The application is completed when the application completion message is shown on the screen.
