For application status inquiry, both Application Receipt Number that is shown on the acceptance completion screen and Password for application status inquiry that was registered at the time of application are required.

We will transmit a result notification email as support information at the time and date of the announcement above. However, if you don’t receive the email, please make sure to check on the lottery result in the (Application Status Inquiry) by yourself.

We are not responsible for any delay in delivery/non-delivery of the email due to an internet path failure or a misconfiguration of the mail server or the terminal you use.

・Preschool children (under school age) are not permitted entry.
・Ticket resale for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
・Tickets are non-refundable unless the performance is postponed or canceled. No refunds will be provided if the performance is stopped midway.
・Please note that video and audio recordings of the performance may be used.
・If you will be attending in a wheelchair or require special assistance, please contact the respective inquiry desk in advance after your ticket is secured and paid for.
・Recording audio, taking photos, or filming during the performance is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. If caught, the performance WILL BE HALTED immediately.
・Stage photography is permitted ONLY before the show starts and after it concludes. No exceptions.
・Bringing or using binoculars (and similar items) is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. If caught using them, the performance WILL BE HALTED.
・ONLY official LED bands sold as official merchandise are permitted inside. All others are banned.
・Unofficial glowing items (including penlights), fans, and message boards are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
・No Present Box Available. We ABSOLUTELY REFUSE all gifts, including letters. Do not bring them.
・Waiting for artists outside the venue (arriving or leaving) is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
・Official cameras will be filming. By attending, you consent to being recorded.
・Strict ID Checks: Both the ticket purchaser and their companion may be required to show valid photo ID upon entry to prevent scalping. Be prepared.
・You MUST read and agree to all rules listed on the Eve Official Website ( https://eveofficial.com/ ) before applying for tickets.

1. Details of the performances that accept applications
   Please check on the details of the target Performance(s) for application, and then proceed by clicking the "NEXT" button after confirming the precautions about the performance.
2. Precautions
   Please proceed to an application input screen by clicking the "Agree" button after confirming the precautions for application and methods for settlement/Ticket Issuance
3. Application Input
   Input the necessary items in the entry form. If there are any mistakes in the content of the inputs, an error message will be displayed. Please enter your information according to the instructions on the screen.
4. Confirmation of your application content
   Please check on the inputs again when your application content is displayed. If there is no problem, please click the "Entry" button.
5. Completion of Application
   The application is completed when the application completion message is shown on the screen.
