For application status inquiry, both Application Receipt Number that is shown on the acceptance completion screen and Password for application status inquiry that was registered at the time of application are required.

We will transmit a result notification email as support information at the time and date of the announcement above. However, if you don’t receive the email, please make sure to check on the lottery result in the (Application Status Inquiry) by yourself.

・You may apply for up to 4 tickets per application.
・Standard Area does not permit entry for preschool-age children.

※Customers who purchase either a Standard Area ticket will receive an original rubber wristband as a commemorative gift. The wristband design will differ between Day 1 and Day 2.

●Notes on Concert Content
・The event will be held rain or shine. It will only be canceled in the event of severe weather.
・No preschool children admitted to the Standard Area.
・This is an all-standing performance.
・The main live performance is scheduled to last approximately 2 hours.To make it easier for guests traveling from distant locations to return home on the same day, we are planning the performance to run no longer than approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes.
・Admission to the live area will be conducted by block and in numerical order according to the ticket reference number.
・Due to the nature of the event, umbrellas are not permitted inside the live area. In the event of rain, guests are encouraged to bring a rain poncho or raincoat.
・The performance may be changed, interrupted, or canceled due to weather conditions or other unavoidable circumstances.
・Restricted exit procedures will be implemented after the performance. Please follow staff instructions when leaving the venue.
・There is no parking available near the venue. Please be sure to use public transportation to get here.

● Important Notes Regarding Tickets
・Preschool-aged children are not permitted in the Standard Area.
・Preschool children are eligible to enter the "Free Rear Area" and "Free Rear Area (Nara Resident Discount)," for which tickets will go on sale at a later date. Preschool children can enter free of charge, provided they are accompanied by a parent or guardian.
・If a credit card payment error occurs, you will be disqualified even if you win, so please ensure your card is in good working order in advance.
・Please note that cancellations and refunds will not be accepted.
・Please note that tickets cannot be refunded except in the event of postponement or cancellation of the performance.
・Ticket resale is strictly prohibited.
Listing tickets on auction sites, or engaging in any fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited under any circumstances.
If unauthorized resale is discovered, the reservation may be canceled, or the resold ticket may be deemed invalid and admission will be denied.

・Waiting for performers before or after the event is strictly prohibited.
・We are unable to accept letters, bouquets, gifts, or any other presents for the performers.

・Use of the Designated Accessibility Area (for Guests with Disabilities, Pregnant Guests, etc.)
