Electronic Tickets

● Admission is via e-ticket only. Tickets will be displayed on the smartphone-only "Ticketplus App”. The primary applicant must own a smartphone (optional for accompanying guests).
*At the time of application, the primary applicant must enter the phone number and email address of the smartphone that will receive the e-ticket.
*Please be aware that the ticket cannot be displayed on any phone number other than the one entered.
*The "primary applicant" must be the actual person attending the event. If the names do not match due to proxy purchasing or other reasons, admission will be denied. Changes to the primary applicant cannot be accepted.
*Please be sure to check the compatible devices for the e-ticket at the very bottom of this page before applying.

● E-tickets will be received via the "Ticketplus App”.
Instructions on how to receive your ticket will be sent by Ticketplus to the email address entered on the Pia application page and the email address registered with Ticketplus. Please ensure your email settings allow messages from the "plusmember.jp" domain.
*The release date for e-tickets varies depending on the performance month. Please note that the dates below are tentative.
August performances: From July 28 (Tue), 18:00 (JST) onwards
September performances: From August 10 (Mon), 18:00 (JST) onwards
October performances: From September 17 (Thu), 18:00 (JST) onwards
November performances: From October 26 (Mon), 18:00 (JST) onwards
December performances: From November 17 (Tue), 18:00 (JST) onwards
*Seat numbers are scheduled to be displayed at 12:00 PM (noon) JST on the day of the performance.

● The primary applicant must claim all purchased tickets using the smartphone with the phone number entered at the time of application, after the e-ticket release date mentioned above.
If you purchased two tickets, the primary applicant and the accompanying guest must enter the venue together. Separate entry is not permitted.
*Tickets cannot be transferred/distributed to accompanying guests prior to entering the venue on the day of the performance (transfer is possible after entry).

● Identity verification for the primary applicant will be conducted upon entry on the day of the performance (Identity verification for accompanying guests is not required).
Please present your "E-ticket" and "Valid Photo ID (Passport, etc.)".
For details on acceptable IDs, please refer to the "Ticketplus E-Ticket Guide Page" below.
We will verify that the photo matches and that the name on the e-ticket matches the name on your ID.
No one other than the person whose name is on the e-ticket may enter the venue as the primary applicant (even family members cannot enter on your behalf).
Furthermore, if the primary applicant does not have a valid ID or if the names do not match, neither the primary applicant nor the accompanying guest will be allowed entry.
In such cases, ticket refunds will not be issued.

Regarding Name Changes:
The e-ticket will display the name registered to your Plus member ID. If your last name has changed after registration, you can update it yourself via My Page.
Log in to My Page ＞ "Confirm/Change Registration Details" > Click "Edit" under the Last Name field to change it. Please note there are restrictions on the time frame and number of times you can change your last name.
If you cannot complete the procedure yourself, go to the "Ticketplus E-Ticket Guide Page" URL below, click "Inquiries regarding e-tickets" at the bottom, proceed to "Click here for the inquiry page," and contact us using the "Login" or "Continue Inquiry" button at the bottom.

● Regarding Ticket Reissue
Even if the smartphone device that received the e-ticket is lost, stolen, or damaged, the received e-ticket can still be displayed by transferring the same mobile phone number to a new smartphone device. Therefore, tickets will not be reissued.

*Due to system reasons, credit card payment processing may be done on the day before lottery result announcement.

● How to confirm the results

※: Please check on the lottery result from Application Status Inquiry is here as soon as possible after the result is announced.
*: For application status inquiry, both Application Receipt Number that is shown on the acceptance completion screen and Password for application status inquiry that was registered at the time of application are required.
*: We will transmit a result notification email as support information at the time and date of the announcement above. However, if you don’t receive the email, please make sure to check on the lottery result in the (Application Status Inquiry) by yourself.
*: Please configure the setting to allow emails from @pia.co.jp to be received. The email cannot be retransmitted.
*: We are not responsible for any delay in delivery/non-delivery of the email due to an internet path failure or a misconfiguration of the mail server or the terminal you use.

*The system maintenance is conducted from 2:30am to 5.30am every Tuesday and Wednesday.

*All seats are reserved.
*Children under the age of 3 are not permitted to enter.
*If you wish to apply for two performances, please complete the application for the first performance before returning to the top screen to apply for the second.
*Performance dates, door opening/start times, and the date digital tickets become available for pickup are subject to change. Please check the Yumi Matsutoya official website for details.
*This performance falls under the category of "Specified Event Admission Tickets" (Specified Tickets) subject to the "Act on Prohibition of Unauthorized Resale of Tickets," and unauthorized resale is punishable by law.
Transfer of tickets without the organizer's consent—whether for payment or free of charge—is prohibited. Admission will not be granted to anyone holding a ticket obtained through unauthorized resale.
*Please note that S-seat tickets are distributed across a wide area; we do not prioritize the allocation of "prime" seats. We ask for your understanding in this matter.

■Attendees using wheelchairs will be directed to the designated "wheelchair area" at each venue, regardless of whether they hold SS-seat or S-seat tickets. Please contact the event promoter for each performance for details.
・Attendees not using wheelchairs may not view the concert from the wheelchair area.
・For event promoter contact information, please refer to the "Tour Schedule" section on the tour information page of the Yumi Matsutoya official website.

Compatible Devices for E-Tickets

E-tickets will be displayed on the smartphone-only app.

The smartphone you use for your e-ticket must be the device you bring with you on the day of the performance, and it must meet the following requirements to download the "Ticketplus App”:

Internet connection must be available.
The smartphone must have a phone number with SMS (Short Message Service) capability.
iPhone: iOS 15.0 or higher / Android: Android OS 9.0 or higher

*Although the app may still function on devices with OS versions lower than those listed above, operation is not guaranteed.
*The compatible OS versions are subject to change due to ongoing app improvements. We highly recommend updating your device to the latest OS version.

*Devices that do not support "Google Play" or the "App Store" (such as simple smartphones, "Garahos," kids/junior smartphones, or work-provided smartphones that restrict app downloads)

*Please note that if you apply using a non-guaranteed device and your e-ticket fails to display properly, no assistance or support can be provided.
