Important Notes & Guidelines
1. The Chiba performance is an outdoor event and will proceed rain or shine, but will be canceled in case of severe weather.
2. For reserved seating, children under 4 are admitted free of charge. However, a ticket is required if they need their own seat.
3. Arena block assignments are all-standing. Therefore, preschoolers are not permitted. If you have concerns regarding your stamina or health condition, please refrain from choosing the arena area.
4. Seat layouts may be subject to partial changes due to alterations in the stage plan.
5. Guests in wheelchairs will be guided to the designated wheelchair space (stand seating). Accompanying persons also require a ticket. Please contact the respective inquiry desk for your performance after winning your ticket.
6. Ticket resale is strictly prohibited. Admission with resold tickets will be completely denied, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
7. Minors must obtain parental consent before attending.
8. Please note that photographs, video, and audio of the performance may be used and published.
9. Depending on your seat, parts of the stage, production, or the members may be difficult to see.
10. Tickets are non-refundable unless the performance is postponed or canceled. No refunds will be given if the performance is canceled midway through.
11. Changes or cancellations to applications cannot be made after the application period ends. If you are unable to attend due to unavoidable circumstances, please use the official resale service. Please note that listing a ticket on resale does not guarantee a successful transaction.
12. When purchasing multiple tickets, seats may be assigned in different rows (front-to-back) or across an aisle.
13. Please leave large luggage, such as suitcases and carry-on bags, in nearby coin lockers before arriving. For safety reasons, please do not place large bags or clothing at your feet.
14. Photography, audio recording, and video recording are strictly prohibited inside the venue. If discovered by staff, the data will be erased and you will be asked to leave.
15. Failure to follow staff instructions and precautions inside the venue will result in denial of entry or ejection.
16. Please refrain from contacting the venue directly.

Due to seat location or equipment, parts of the stage, production, or members may be difficult to see, and the sound may be difficult to hear from seats with disclaimers.
