【Regarding e-Tickets】
Those with their own smartphone on which they can download the official Ticketplus (formerly Tixplus) official app.
*You need to enter the phone number of the smartphone you are using at the time of application.
* Tickets can only be received via the smartphone with the phone number registered at the time of application.

The number of purchased tickets will be displayed on the applicant's smartphone, so even if your companion does not have a smartphone, you can apply with confidence.
*If your companion has a smartphone, you can distribute tickets for your companion after entering.

Tickets for the selected performances will be sent via the Ticketplus (formerly Tixplus) official app.
Information on application completion and raffle results will be sent to you by email via PIA.
On ticket display date, Ticketplus (formerly Tixplus) will send you an email for your e-Tickets.
If you have set designated domains for your inbox, please set it to receive emails from "pia.co.jp" and "plusmember.jp". Please also pay attention to your spam settings.
* Be sure to check the compatible terminals for electronic tickets listed below before applying.
* e-Tickets will be displayed 1 week before each performance.
* Seat number is scheduled for 3 days in advance of each performance.
* Please note that if you cannot display the electronic ticket, you will not be able to enter.
* Tickets purchased at this reception are not eligible for the ticket trade service.

*Due to system reasons, credit card payment processing may be done on the day before lottery result announcement.

● How to confirm the results

※: Please check on the lottery result from Application Status Inquiry is here as soon as possible after the result is announced.
*: For application status inquiry, both Application Receipt Number that is shown on the acceptance completion screen and Password for application status inquiry that was registered at the time of application are required.
*: We will transmit a result notification email as support information at the time and date of the announcement above. However, if you don’t receive the email, please make sure to check on the lottery result in the (Application Status Inquiry) by yourself.
*: Please configure the setting to allow emails from @pia.co.jp to be received. The email cannot be retransmitted.
*: We are not responsible for any delay in delivery/non-delivery of the email due to an internet path failure or a misconfiguration of the mail server or the terminal you use.

*The system maintenance is conducted from 2:30am to 5.30am every Tuesday and Wednesday.

Precautions

*Preschool children (under school age) are not permitted entry.
*Ticket resale for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
*Tickets are non-refundable unless the performance is postponed or canceled. No refunds will be provided if the performance is stopped midway.
*Please note that video and audio recordings of the performance may be used.
*If you will be attending in a wheelchair or require special assistance, please contact the respective inquiry desk in advance after your ticket is secured and paid for.

Please note that some seats in the venue require guests to remain seated during the performance.

The following smartphones are supported by the e-ticket app.
*Smartphones with cellular service capable of connecting to the internet.

Android devices: Android OS 7.0or higher recommended
*SMS contract is required for both iPhone and Android devices
