● How to confirm the results

※: Please check on the lottery result from Application Status Inquiry is here as soon as possible after the result is announced.
*: For application status inquiry, both Application Receipt Number that is shown on the acceptance completion screen and Password for application status inquiry that was registered at the time of application are required.
*: We will transmit a result notification email as support information at the time and date of the announcement above. However, if you don’t receive the email, please make sure to check on the lottery result in the (Application Status Inquiry) by yourself.
*: Please configure the setting to allow emails from @pia.co.jp to be received. The email cannot be retransmitted.
*: We are not responsible for any delay in delivery/non-delivery of the email due to an internet path failure or a misconfiguration of the mail server or the terminal you use.

*The system maintenance is conducted from 2:30am to 5.30am every Tuesday and Wednesday.

＜Regarding "Identification Verification" for Concert Tickets＞

At all venues, we will conduct an "identification verification" randomly upon entry to the concert.
Registration of personal information is required at ticket purchase.
When purchasing multiple tickets, registration of the personal information of each individual ticket holder is required.
Please note and understand the above when applying for tickets and visiting the venue.

For "Identification Verification", we will check and compare the names of the purchaser on the ticket and on identification documents.
If we are unable to confirm that the attendant is the purchaser, they may be refused entry into the venue.

*During identification verification, the following identification documents will be required.

＜Regarding entry into the venue＞
Please make sure your ticket is issued before coming to the venue.

* Refer to the ticket application result email for the method of ticket issuing.
* Please take caution, as stores that are able to issue your ticket around the venue are expected to be crowded, and you may not make it in time for the show as a result.

* Regarding entry to the concert venue: For people who have purchased 2 tickets, please come to the venue with both the purchaser and the accompanying attendee present. Make sure to bring the specified "Identification Document".
* Regarding entry to the exhibition venue: Attendees must hold individual exhibition tickets and enter through the exhibition venue entrance.
* Please arrive at the venue with time to spare.
