● How to confirm the results

Please check on the lottery result from Application Status Inquiry is here as soon as possible after the result is announced.

For application status inquiry, both Application Receipt Number that is shown on the acceptance completion screen and Password for application status inquiry that was registered at the time of application are required.

*

We will transmit a result notification email as support information at the time and date of the announcement above. However, if you don’t receive the email, please make sure to check on the lottery result in the (Application Status Inquiry) by yourself.

Please configure the setting to allow emails from @pia.co.jp to be received. The email cannot be retransmitted.

*

We are not responsible for any delay in delivery/non-delivery of the email due to an internet path failure or a misconfiguration of the mail server or the terminal you use.

*The system maintenance is conducted from 2:30am to 5.30am every Tuesday and Wednesday.

＜MOSH PIT AREA＞
*This area is divided vertically into [BEAUTY (Women)] and [BEAST (Men)] blocks.
*Tickets for "MOSH PIT AREA [Men]" are only available for male customers, and tickets for "MOSH PIT AREA [Women]" are only available for female customers.
*If you purchase a ticket for a seat type not available for your gender, you will not be allowed to participate in the event, and no refunds will be given.
This rule also applies to accompanying guests, so please ensure that tickets are purchased according to the gender of each attendee.
*Gender will be determined based on the gender listed on your family register.
*If your gender is difficult to determine, staff may ask to check two forms of identification: a government-issued photo ID and a government-issued ID that confirms your gender.
Please be sure to bring these documents. If you are unable to present the specified IDs or if your gender cannot be confirmed, you will be denied entry.
*Please note the following application restrictions for the MOSH PIT AREA:
Applicants (members) who are male: Can apply for MOSH PIT AREA [Men]
Applicants (members) who are female: Can apply for MOSH PIT AREA [Women]
*If you apply for multiple tickets for either MOSH PIT AREA [Women] or [Men], your accompanying guests must also meet the ticket type requirements to enter.
Example: If a female applicant purchases two tickets for MOSH PIT AREA [Women], accompanying male guests cannot enter.
*Age restriction: Not available for elementary school students and younger.

＜ISLAND CIRCLE AREA＞
*This is a regular standing area with no gender division.
*If you wish to participate in a mixed-gender group in the same standing area, this area is recommended.
*Age restriction: Not available for elementary school students and younger.

＜FAMILY BENCH AREA＞
*The front of this area is a regular standing area.
*If you wish to participate in a standing area with children of elementary school age or younger, please use this area.
*Benches are available at the back of the area, allowing you and your family to take breaks as needed.
*The front of the FAMILY BENCH AREA is standing, but for the safety of all, especially children, dangerous acts are prohibited.
*Anyone can purchase tickets for this area, not limited to those accompanied by children.
*Age restriction: Ticket required for ages 3 and up. For preschool children, one parent/guardian must accompany each child.

＜LARGE SEAT＞
*These are designated seats at the front of the audience.
*Seats are wider and spaced further apart than regular chairs, allowing for a more comfortable experience.
*Age restriction: Ticket required for ages 3 and up. Children aged 2 and under can sit on a parent’s lap for free; if a seat is needed, a ticket is required.
*For preschool children, one parent/guardian must accompany each child. Recommended for those wearing Halloween costumes.

＜BASIC SEAT＞
*Regular designated seats.
*Age restriction: Ticket required for ages 3 and up. Children aged 2 and under can sit on a parent’s lap for free; if a seat is needed, a ticket is required.
*For preschool children, one parent/guardian must accompany each child.

＜WHEELCHAIR AREA＞
WHEELCHAIR AREA has reached capacity. Guests wishing to view the performance from their WHEELCHAIR AREA should purchase tickets for the FAMILY BENCH AREA.
*Please note that visibility of the stage may be limited. We ask for your understanding before purchasing tickets.

    Please check on the details of the target Performance(s) for application, and then proceed by clicking the "NEXT" button after confirming the precautions about the performance.
  2. Precautions
    Please proceed to an application input screen by clicking the "Agree" button after confirming the precautions for application and methods for settlement/Ticket Issuance
  3. Application Input
    Input the necessary items in the entry form. If there are any mistakes in the content of the inputs, an error message will be displayed. Please enter your information according to the instructions on the screen.
  4. Confirmation of your application content
    Please check on the inputs again when your application content is displayed. If there is no problem, please click the "Entry" button.
  5. Completion of Application
    The application is completed when the application completion message is shown on the screen.
