For application status inquiry, both Application Receipt Number that is shown on the acceptance completion screen and Password for application status inquiry that was registered at the time of application are required.

[About the BEAUTY & THE BEAST Performance]
This performance will divide the 1st Floor Standing Area vertically into two sections: the “BEAST Area (for men)” and the “BEAUTY Area (for women).”
Tickets labeled “1F Standing (Men)” are exclusively for male customers, and those labeled “1F Standing (Women)” are exclusively for female customers.
The “2F Reserved Seats (Photography Allowed)” are not separated by gender and may be used by customers of any gender.

If you purchase a ticket for a section that does not correspond to your legal gender, you will not be allowed entry to the performance, and no refunds will be issued. Please be sure to check carefully when purchasing tickets.

Accompanying guests must also match the gender requirement of the ticketed section to be admitted.
Example: If a female representative purchases two tickets for the 1F Standing (Women) section, a male companion will not be allowed entry.

Gender will be determined based on the gender listed on official family registry documents.
If a customer’s gender is unclear, staff may, at their discretion, ask to see two forms of identification:
1.A government-issued photo ID
2.A government-issued document that confirms gender

If the requested IDs are not presented, or if the gender cannot be confirmed even with the documents, entry to the event will be denied. Thank you for your understanding.

※If an attendee's behavior or remarks are deemed disruptive to the event, entry may be refused.

   Input the necessary items in the entry form. If there are any mistakes in the content of the inputs, an error message will be displayed. Please enter your information according to the instructions on the screen.
4. Confirmation of your application content
   Please check on the inputs again when your application content is displayed. If there is no problem, please click the "Entry" button.
5. Completion of Application
   The application is completed when the application completion message is shown on the screen.
