For application status inquiry, both Application Receipt Number that is shown on the acceptance completion screen and Password for application status inquiry that was registered at the time of application are required.

We will transmit a result notification email as support information at the time and date of the announcement above. However, if you don’t receive the email, please make sure to check on the lottery result in the (Application Status Inquiry) by yourself.

＜Important Notes Regarding Ticket Applications＞
・Tickets for this performance will be available for pickup as paper tickets only.
・Please be sure to review the important notes on the registration screen before applying.
・Various fees will be charged in addition to the ticket price.
・One ticket is required per person.
・Seat assignments will be determined by lottery, not on a first-come, first-served basis.
・Resale for profit is strictly prohibited. Tickets obtained through fraudulent means will be invalidated.
・Children under school age are not permitted entry. Tickets are required for ages 6 and up. Children under 6 are not admitted.
・If the name on your ticket differs from the name on your ID, you may be denied entry.
・Upgrades are not available for overseas reservations.

＜Important Notes Regarding the Performance＞
・Opening times, performance start times, and performers are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Refunds for ticket fees, transportation costs, etc., will not be issued. Please be advised in advance.
・Re-entry is generally prohibited.
・Reissuance will not be provided under any circumstances (including theft, loss, damage, or transfer disputes). Additionally, no exchanges or refunds will be issued for invalidated tickets.
・Please note that even for multiple ticket purchases, seats may be assigned separately depending on availability.
・Please note that due to seat location and equipment placement, visibility of the entire stage and some production elements may be limited. We kindly ask for your understanding before purchasing tickets.
・Cameras for video and photography will be present on the day of the performance. Please be advised that audience members may appear in footage or photographs.

＜For those wishing to receive support＞
Wheelchair seating is available. To ensure smooth assistance to your seat on the day of the performance, we kindly ask that you contact us at the address below after purchasing your ticket and no later than one week prior to the performance.
Please note that accompanying guests also require tickets. Additionally, if you require assistance from staff when moving to your seat, please contact the inquiry address below.
If we do not receive your request by Friday, December 26, 2025, securing a designated seating area may become difficult. Please also note that wheelchair seating may be limited depending on the venue.
Sign language interpreters must be arranged by the customer themselves.

   Please proceed to an application input screen by clicking the "Agree" button after confirming the precautions for application and methods for settlement/Ticket Issuance
3. Application Input
   Input the necessary items in the entry form. If there are any mistakes in the content of the inputs, an error message will be displayed. Please enter your information according to the instructions on the screen.
4. Confirmation of your application content
   Please check on the inputs again when your application content is displayed. If there is no problem, please click the "Entry" button.
5. Completion of Application
   The application is completed when the application completion message is shown on the screen.
