● How to confirm the results
※

Please check on the lottery result from Application Status Inquiry is here as soon as possible after the result is announced.

For application status inquiry, both Application Receipt Number that is shown on the acceptance completion screen and Password for application status inquiry that was registered at the time of application are required.

We will transmit a result notification email as support information at the time and date of the announcement above. However, if you don’t receive the email, please make sure to check on the lottery result in the (Application Status Inquiry) by yourself.

Please configure the setting to allow emails from @pia.co.jp to be received. The email cannot be retransmitted.

*

We are not responsible for any delay in delivery/non-delivery of the email due to an internet path failure or a misconfiguration of the mail server or the terminal you use.

*The system maintenance is conducted from 2:30am to 5.30am every Tuesday and Wednesday.

※Children aged 6 and above require a ticket. Children under 6 are not allowed entry.
※Tickets may sell out during pre-order periods.In which case, there won't be any general tickets.
※Open and start time, show content and performers are subject to change. Refunds will not be accepted for this reason.
※When entering, we may ask you to confirm your identity. Please be sure to bring a photo ID (copies not accepted, only originals accepted).
Accompanying individuals must enter at the same time.
※Please note that tickets purchased through the Bunnies Membership (JP)/(GL) pre-orders cannot be distributed resold, transferred or distributed to any other person, entity or ticket agencies. Please ensure to check the instructions regarding ticket issuance, which will be provided at a later date.
※Re-Sale Prohibited.
※View from some seats may be obstructed.
※Please note some seats may require that you remain seated during the performance for safety reasons.
※After purchasing a ticket, please contact H.I.P. 03-3475-9999 (weekdays 10:00am - 6:00pm JST) in advance for guidance on disabled/wheelchair-accessible areas.
You will be guided to the disabled/wheelchair viewing area. Depending on the space available and the number of people who have applied, we may not be able to accommodate your request should those areas be full.
Please note that even if you have purchased PREMIUM and Balcony seats, we will not be able to provide you with a seat within the PREMIUM/Balcony seating area as there are no disabled/wheelchair viewing areas available in that area.

※Please note that videos and photographs of the venue, including members of the audience, may be published.
※Recording or filming equipment (such as cameras, binoculars with camera functions, recorders, video recording devices, etc.) is not allowed to be brought into the venue. When in the venue any filming, audio recording or live streaming (live streaming of audio or video) is strictly prohibited.
※Please refer to Japan show website for any updates on the latest guidance.
※Gifts such as flowers and offerings to the artist are not allowed.
※Planned events or activities by fans during the show are prohibited as they may affect the operation and production of the event.
※We kindly ask for your cooperation in following the guidance of the staff members inside and around the venue on the day of the performance.

＜About Tickets＞
※All tickets will be issued as paper tickets. Please read the notes on ticketing page for issuing the tickets.
※Please purchase tickets from ticketing outlets listed on Japan show website. We cannot guarantee admission, nor provide customer support with tickets purchased from unofficial sites (such as ticket resale sites).
Please understand that the organizer cannot provide support under any circumstances.

＜Other Notes＞
■ Please be aware that baggage checks will take place upon entry to the venue and note that electronic devices (cameras, binoculars with camera functions, recorders, video recording devices, etc.) and dangerous items are prohibited. There are no storage facilities inside the venue. So please leave large items such as suitcases in nearby coin lockers before entering the venue.

■Please note that resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. If ticket listings or purchases are found on auction sites, social medias, etc., the entry of the seller and buyer will be prohibited. Please note that these restrictions even apply to tickets that are given to other people free of charge. No refunds will be allowed for any ticket that have been resold. Any problems directly related to tickets acquired through resale or transfer are not the responsibility of the organizer, promoter, or official ticket seller.

■Cheering goods (such as light sticks) should be used at no higher than chest height during the show. The use of non-official products emitting light or sound is prohibited. Additionally, the use of unofficial cheering goods featuring artist likenesses that cause inconvenience to other customers is strictly prohibited. If you are found in possession of such prohibited goods, you will be asked to store them in external lockers before entering the venue. You may be denied entry if you fail to comply with these instructions.

■Sale, distribution or purchase of unofficial goods using NewJeans' likeness or name in or around the venue is strictly prohibited. Please note that legal action may be taken against anybody trading unofficial goods.

■ Recording or filming equipment (such as cameras, binoculars with camera functions, recorders, video recording devices, etc.) is not allowed to be brought into the venue. When in the venue any filming, audio recording or live streaming (live streaming of audio or video) is strictly prohibited. Please ensure your smartphone is set to silent mode and securely stored in your bag. If anyone is found to be recording, their data will be deleted and they will be immediately asked to leave the venue with no refunds payable. Please note that any disruptive actions may be filmed by venue staff for possible legal actions.

■Others
・When entering, we may ask you to confirm your identity. Please be sure to bring a photo ID (copies not accepted, only originals accepted). Please see below for valid ID list.

1. One form of identification with a photo of the individual:
-For Japanese nationals: Passport, Student ID card with photo, Resident Basic Registry Card with photo, My Number Card with photo, Driver's License, Credit card with photo, Disability Certificate with photo
-For non-Japanese nationals: Passport, other official identification issued in Japan (Residence Card, Foreign Registration Certificate, My Number Card with photo, Resident Basic Registry Card with photo, Driver's License, Credit card with photo, Student ID card with photo, Disability Certificate with photo).
※ Identification documents other than the items listed above will not be accepted under any circumstances. Please make sure to bring one of the above items to the venue on the show day.
※ Copies of identification or expired documents will not be accepted. Please ensure to bring the original documents.

2. Event ticket
Please note that if the name printed on the ticket does not match the name on the identification document, you will not be allowed entry.

・We are unable to respond to inquiries concerning seat assignments.
・Complaints relating to seat assignments will not result in refunds or seat transfers.
・Show may be cancelled, curtailed or content may be changed due to severe weather or natural disaster.
・Accommodation expenses and transportation costs to the venue will be the responsibility of each individual.
・Please do not wait for or chase after the artist at the airport during their visit to Japan.

Please do not engage in any disruptive or dangerous behavior as this may lead to the cancellation of the event. We kindly ask for your cooperation in following the staff's guidance at the venue. We look forward to seeing you at the show.

Flow of Application

  1. Details of the performances that accept applications
    Please check on the details of the target Performance(s) for application, and then proceed by clicking the "NEXT" button after confirming the precautions about the performance.
  2. Precautions
    Please proceed to an application input screen by clicking the "Agree" button after confirming the precautions for application and methods for settlement/Ticket Issuance
  3. Application Input
    Input the necessary items in the entry form. If there are any mistakes in the content of the inputs, an error message will be displayed. Please enter your information according to the instructions on the screen.
  4. Confirmation of your application content
    Please check on the inputs again when your application content is displayed. If there is no problem, please click the "Entry" button.
  5. Completion of Application
    The application is completed when the application completion message is shown on the screen.
