For application status inquiry, both Application Receipt Number that is shown on the acceptance completion screen and Password for application status inquiry that was registered at the time of application are required.

We will transmit a result notification email as support information at the time and date of the announcement above. However, if you don’t receive the email, please make sure to check on the lottery result in the (Application Status Inquiry) by yourself.

【Important Information for Attendees】
Thank you very much for your interest in attending our performance.
To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests, please read and understand the following important notices before attending.

1. Outdoor Venues and Weather Policy
The Oita, Kanagawa, and Osaka performances will take place outdoors.
These shows will proceed in the event of rain.
However, they may be canceled in the case of severe weather conditions.

2. Age Restrictions
Children under 4 years of age may enter free of charge.
However, if a separate seat is required, a ticket must be purchased.

3. Changes to Seating Layout
Due to updates to the stage plan, some seat arrangements may change.
We appreciate your understanding.

4. Wheelchair Accessibility
Guests arriving in wheelchairs will be guided to wheelchair-accessible areas in the stands.
Companions will also need to purchase tickets.
After your tickets are confirmed, please contact the inquiry desk listed for each performance.
For the Daiwa House Premist Dome (Sapporo Dome), guests will be guided to a designated wheelchair viewing area.

5. Ticket Resale Policy
The resale of tickets is strictly prohibited.
Entry will not be permitted for tickets that have been resold.
Please note that no refunds or compensation will be provided in such cases.

6. Minors Attending the Event
Those under the age of 18 must obtain parental or guardian consent prior to attending.

7. Use of Photos, Videos, and Audio
Please be aware that photos, videos, or audio recordings of the event may be used in media or promotional materials.

8. Visibility from Certain Seats
Depending on the seating location, there may be limited visibility of the stage, certain effects, or performers during the show.

9. Ticket Refund Policy
Tickets are non-refundable unless the performance is postponed or canceled.
No refunds will be issued in the event of a cancellation partway through the performance.

10. Changes and Cancellations After Application
After the ticket application period ends, changes or cancellations cannot be made.
If you are unable to attend due to unavoidable circumstances, please use the official ticket resale service.
However, resale is not guaranteed.

11. Seating for Multiple Tickets
If you purchase multiple tickets, your seats may not be side by side and could be in different rows or separated by an aisle.

12. Luggage Restrictions
Please use nearby coin lockers to store large items such as suitcases or carry-on bags before arriving at the venue.
For safety reasons, please do not place luggage or clothing at your feet during the performance.

13. Prohibited Activities
Photography, audio recording, and video recording are strictly prohibited inside the venue.
If such activity is found, you may be asked to delete the data and leave the venue.

14. Compliance with Staff Instructions
Please follow all instructions given by venue staff. Failure to do so may result in refusal of entry or removal from the venue.

15. Venue Inquiries
Kindly refrain from contacting the venues directly for general inquiries.

【Notes for "Annotated seat"】
Please note that "Annotated seat" may have limited visibility due to stage equipment or seat location. In some cases, it may also be difficult to hear the performance clearly.
We regret that we cannot accept requests for refunds, seat changes, or inquiries regarding these seats once purchased.

   Please check on the details of the target Performance(s) for application, and then proceed by clicking the "NEXT" button after confirming the precautions about the performance.

3. Application Input
   Input the necessary items in the entry form. If there are any mistakes in the content of the inputs, an error message will be displayed. Please enter your information according to the instructions on the screen.
4. Confirmation of your application content

5. Completion of Application
   The application is completed when the application completion message is shown on the screen.
