[AnyPASS Notes]
To receive your ticket, you will need a smartphone that supports the smartphone-exclusive app "AnyPASS."
Please download AnyPASS from the URL below and complete the registration (free of charge) on the device associated with the mobile phone number registered in the "Mobile Phone Number (AnyPASS Issuance)" field at the time of application.

*Once ticket issuance begins, we will send a notification email about the start of issuance to the email address registered on this site.
Please download the app on the device associated with the mobile phone number registered at the time of application and receive your ticket.
If you have already downloaded the app in advance, you will receive a notification (if notifications are turned on).
Please check the notification and receive your ticket.
*Even after your payment is completed, the event will not be displayed on AnyPASS until the ticket issuance start date for each performance. Please check the ticket issuance start date on the respective registration page.
Only the device with the mobile phone number registered in the “Mobile Phone Number (AnyPASS Issuance)” field of the customer information at the time of application will be able to receive the tickets. (Ticket information is linked to the mobile phone number at the time of purchase.)
Tickets cannot be received on a device with a different mobile phone number, so please do not change or cancel your mobile phone number until the day of the performance.
*Changing the device with the same phone number is acceptable. However, for those who access after issuance (after the event is displayed in "My Events"), a transfer procedure is required in the AnyPASS app.
*Please enter the mobile phone number of the smartphone that you will have with you on the day of the event without fail.
*Electronic tickets (QR codes) can be distributed to your the accompanying guest using AnyPASS.
If you do not use the distribution feature, the representative (applicant) and the accompanying person must enter together.
If the representative (applicant) and the accompanying person arrive separately, please be sure to distribute to accompanying person before your entry.
When the distributed ticket is received, the accompanying person must also download AnyPASS and complete the registration (free of charge).
When applying, please make sure that all participants in this event have a compatible smartphone with the following supported operating system and SMS authentication capabilities before proceeding.
* If you purchase tickets on someone else's behalf, those tickets cannot be distributed or transferred to others.
If you purchase tickets for the same performance on the same date multiple times using the same mobile phone number, each ticket will remain as individual tickets for each applicant.
The remaining tickets can only be used by the applicant and cannot be used or accessed by others. Please be aware of this.

■SMS authentication
SMS authentication (login using a mobile phone number) is a method of personal verification that uses SMS (Short Message Service).
