● How to confirm the results
※

Please check on the lottery result from Application Status Inquiry is here as soon as possible after the result is announced.

For application status inquiry, both Application Receipt Number that is shown on the acceptance completion screen and Password for application status inquiry that was registered at the time of application are required.

We will transmit a result notification email as support information at the time and date of the announcement above. However, if you don’t receive the email, please make sure to check on the lottery result in the (Application Status Inquiry) by yourself.

*

Please configure the setting to allow emails from @pia.co.jp to be received. The email cannot be retransmitted.

*

We are not responsible for any delay in delivery/non-delivery of the email due to an internet path failure or a misconfiguration of the mail server or the terminal you use.

*The system maintenance is conducted from 2:30am to 5.30am every Tuesday and Wednesday.

・The event will be held rain or shine, but may be cancelled in case of severe weather.
・All reserved seat ticket holders must remain in their assigned seat during the performance.
・Content and performing artists are subject to change. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
・On the day of the event, your ticket will be exchanged for a wristband at the wristband exchange booth. Once the wristband is removed, it becomes invalid.
・Wristbands will not be reissued. Please take care not to lose or damage your wristband after it has been exchanged.
・Transferring wristbands to third parties is prohibited.
・Resale for profit is strictly prohibited. Tickets purchased through resale or auction will not be accepted for entry.
＜Family Seat＞
※Limited to 4 tickets for purchase per show per account.
※These seats are intended for families attending with children of 12 years old or younger. Entry is permitted only when accompanied by a child.
※Children of 12 years old or younger must purchase ticket and enter the venue with adult(s).
※One preschool child (6 years old or younger) may sit on the lap of a parent or guardian (one child per adult) without purchasing a ticket.
If a separate seat is required, an individual ticket for the child must be purchased.
※Adults are defined as junior high school students and older (Age 13 and older).
※Adults must remain seated during the performance.
※Access to the arena area with reserved seat ticket is strictly prohibited.

＜Important Notes on Ticket Applications＞
・Degital Tickets Only: Admission to this event requires an digital ticket via the "tixeebox" app.
Please carefully read the guidelines before submitting your request.
*Please note that no paper tickets will be issued.
・Strict Entry Policy: Only the applicant and the accompanying person registered at the time of application will be permitted entry.
No other individuals will be allowed to enter under any circumstances.
Furthermore, the registered accompanying person cannot be changed after the application is submitted.
・Accompanying Person's Details: You are required to provide the name and phone number and age of your accompanying person during the application process.
Please ensure this information is accurate; if an incorrect phone number is entered, the ticket will not display on the app, and you will be denied entry.
・Duplicate Applications: Any multiple or duplicate applications will result in the rejection of all your applications.
Please be sure to review the application rules and patterns detailed on the application page.

【Please Note】
・On the day of the event, each guest must display one ticket per person.
If your ticket cannot be displayed, you will not be allowed entry for any reason. Screenshots will not be accepted.
※For Family Reserved Seats only, if a child does not have a smartphone, the parent/legal guardian may display the child's ticket together with their own ticket for entry.
注意事項

※Random ID checks may be conducted on the day of the event.
　If identity verification cannot be completed, entry will be denied for both the ticket holder and their accompanying guests.
　Please bring a valid original passport for identity verification.
＜CASH BACK FOR AGES 12–19＞
A flat ￥4,000 cashback will be available for junior high school students and above who are between the ages of 12 and 19 as of the show date.
Cashback will only be available on the day of the show and only to the eligible guest attending the venue in person.
※Cash back will only be available in Japanese Yen. Any other currency will not be accepted.
※Children ages 12 and younger must apply for Family Reserved Seats.
※Cashback requests will only be accepted after wristband exchange. Your ticket will also be checked at the cashback reception.
※Proxy check-in and pick-up are not permitted.
※Please note that cashback will not be available after the last performance of the festival has ended.
※Please be sure to bring a valid passport (original)
Only original passports their validity period will be accepted — copies, photos, or digital images will not be accepted
Please note that we will not be able to complete cashback if you do not bring a valid passport (original)

The following smartphones are supported by the e-ticket app.
*Smartphones with cellular service capable of connecting to the internet.
iPhone devices: iOS 15.0 or higher recommended
Android devices: Android OS 9.0 or higher recommended
*SMS contract is required for both iPhone and Android devices

The following device are not supported, even if they meet the specifications above!

Devices that do not support Google Play or App Store (Raku-Raku phones, feature phones, etc.)

Flow of Application

  1. Details of the performances that accept applications
    Please check on the details of the target Performance(s) for application, and then proceed by clicking the "NEXT" button after confirming the precautions about the performance.
  2. Precautions
    Please proceed to an application input screen by clicking the "Agree" button after confirming the precautions for application and methods for settlement/Ticket Issuance
  3. Application Input
    Input the necessary items in the entry form. If there are any mistakes in the content of the inputs, an error message will be displayed. Please enter your information according to the instructions on the screen.
  4. Confirmation of your application content
    Please check on the inputs again when your application content is displayed. If there is no problem, please click the "Entry" button.
  5. Completion of Application
    The application is completed when the application completion message is shown on the screen.
    *The application completion email will be transmitted.
